Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helge Fossmo (ranked 5086 p4p, 467 weight class) and Perrin Aybara (ranked 8823 p4p, 0 weight class). Fossmo comes to the cage accompanied by Helge Fossmo predikar. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aybara throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Fossmo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

A punch lands to the side of Fossmo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Aybara shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fossmo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Fossmo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Fossmo prevents Aybara from improving his position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Perrin Aybara spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
