And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwayne Boskins!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boskins displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Suri throws out the jab.

Suri seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Suri does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Boskins tries to move into range but Suri moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boskins moves in looking to clinch but Suri pushes him off.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Boskins! But no joy.

Suri lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Suri connects with a leg kick. Boskins looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Boskins.

Boskins throws a knee to the head but misses.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Boskins creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Suri finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Boskins throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Boskins crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Suri - the referee stops the clock and Boskins gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Suri. Boskins manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
