Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Boone (ranked 3643 p4p, 379 weight class) and Joyce Manaloto (ranked 3146 p4p, 340 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Boone misses.
Boone defending well as Manaloto loads up on a big left hand.
Boone takes a swing at Manaloto's ribcage but misses.
Boone seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Manaloto keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Boone takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Boone just misses with a punch to the body.
Manaloto dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Boone closes the distance and clinches.

Boone goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Boone creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Boone pushes Manaloto back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.

Manaloto breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

It looked like Boone wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Manaloto stalling in the clinch but Boone improves position.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Manaloto creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Manaloto's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jackson Boone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manaloto throws the left hand but Boone avoids the punch easily.
Boone connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Boone moves into the clinch successfully.
Boone lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Boone breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Manaloto misses with a straight right.

and Boone cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Boone lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Manaloto throws a right and a left that both miss.
Manaloto slips under a jab from Boone.
Manaloto misses with a hook
and Boone scores with a counter punch that sends Manaloto to the canvas! Boone smells blood - he's punishing Manaloto with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Manaloto has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jackson Boone!
Jackson Boone decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
In defeat, Joyce Manaloto stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will be back.'.
