Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Santos (ranked 2626 p4p, 292 weight class) and Hosep Grigorian (ranked 3841 p4p, 391 weight class). Grigorian has chosen Helena- Misfits as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luiz Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hosep Grigorian!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Ben Hemmingworth and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grigorian misses with a series of wild punches.
Santos shoots and misses
letting Grigorian counter with a right hand.
Santos throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Grigorian on the side of the head.
Grigorian is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Santos throws out a loose jab but Grigorian uses good head movement to avoid it.
Santos moves into range and connects with a jab.
Santos slips under a jab.
A quick step to the side and Santos tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Grigorian scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Nice uppercut lands for Santos. That snapped Grigorian's head back.
Santos drops his hands momentarily and Grigorian takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Santos misses the jab.
Grigorian gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Santos rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Grigorian cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Grigorian doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Santos walks into a left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Grigorian jabs Santos to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Santos throws a body punch but Grigorian moves out of range.
Grigorian sizes up Santos with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Grigorian moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Santos is rocked!
Santos throws a lazy uppercut
and Grigorian counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Santos! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Grigorian!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hosep Grigorian!
A very excited looking Hosep Grigorian made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
