And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Norman Pearson!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grabber staying out of range there.
Pearson throws a looping overhand right but Grabber ducks down to avoid it.
Grabber is looking to counter punch.
Pearson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Pearson gets cracked there but stands up to it.


It looks like Norman Pearson has been cut.
Pearson thuds his right hand into Grabber's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

The fighters circling - Pearson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Grabber swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Pearson looks to land a right hand but Grabber moved out of range.

Pearson misses with a hook. Grabber ducked under it nicely.
Norman Pearson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pearson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Grabber scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Grabber throws a body shot but no joy.
Grabber tries to bum rush Pearson with a series of wild strikes but Pearson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Pearson scores with a decent looking hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pearson throws a body punch but Grabber moves out of range.
Grabber looks to score with a jab to the body but Pearson is just out of range.

Pearson gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Grabber cracks Pearson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Grabber has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pearson to stand back up!

Grabber throws a nice looking combination but Pearson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pearson is still on wobbly legs! Can Grabber finish him?
Pearson scores with a sloppy right hand. Grabber should have avoided that one.
Pearson seems to have recovered his senses.
Pearson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Grabber looks to land a left hand but Pearson moved out of range nicely.
We've been informed that Pearson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Grabber is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Grabber drops Pearson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Pearson looks back up at him and smiles so Grabber waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Grabber scores with the left hand. Pearson knows he should have avoided that one.
Grabber is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Pearson scores with a nice right hand.
Grabber throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Grabber throws a hook but Pearson avoids it easily.
Pearson throws out a counter right but Grabber avoids it with no problem.
Pearson misses with a looping left.
Grabber is looking for a counter combo.
Grabber slips a straight right by Pearson.
Pearson drops his hands for a split second and Grabber immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Pearson face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Grabber follows up with a right hand that knocks Pearson into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Crotch Grabber!
Crotch Grabber really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Urban Fighter logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
