Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Tutov (ranked 1685 p4p, 183 weight class) and Lu Hao (ranked 1303 p4p, 141 weight class). Tutov comes to the cage accompanied by Russian National Anthem. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Hao rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tutov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lu Hao showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

A quick step to the side and Tutov tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tutov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hao throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tutov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tutov lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hao has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hao and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Tutov remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
