Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Tai as Koga shoots in.
Tai shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Koga's guard.
Koga working for a triangle but Tai defends it easily.
Tai sitting in guard here, content to control.
Tai trying to control the position from guard on top but Koga is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Tai postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Koga looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Tai has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Koga to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tai is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Koga pulls down on the head and he's put Tai to sleep! This one is all over!
