Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Orion Soulburn!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Soulburn.
It looks like Shane Murphy has been cut.
Soulburn scores with a three punch combo!
Good standup being displayed there by Soulburn as he connects with a hook.
Murphy misses with a takedown attempt - Soulburn sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Soulburn wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Soulburn dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Murphy fails to pull guard.
Murphy wants to take the fight to the mat but Soulburn manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Murphy drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Soulburn pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Soulburn lands a head kick. Murphy smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Murphy.

Soulburn drops Murphy with a right and a left! Soulburn comes rushing in but Murphy regains his composure and manages to keep Soulburn in guard.
Oh Murphy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Murphy wants to get back to full guard but Soulburn has passed into side control.
Murphy looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
A lull in the action here as Soulburn stalls from top position.
Murphy seems to have got his legs back now.
Murphy is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Soulburn content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
You can see the frustration on Murphy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Soulburn is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Murphy's shoulder. That is not cool.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Soulburn tries to advance to mount but can't.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Murphy struggling a bit here.
Soulburn moves into full mount!
Soulburn prevents Murphy from getting the reversal.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Orion Soulburn dominated that round.

and Soulburn counters by clinching up.

and Soulburn counters with a nice uppercut.
Soulburn stuns Murphy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Soulburn lands a two punch combo.
Soulburn closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Murphy is controlling Soulburn's trapped leg to prevent Soulburn from advancing to side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Soulburn stalks Murphy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Murphy's face. Murphy staggers backwards, shaken.
Shane Murphy's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Soulburn lands a jab to Murphy's midsection.

Soulburn lands a big right hook! Murphy looks hurt but is still standing! Soulburn lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Murphy falls down and Soulburn dives in with a huge hammer fist! Murphy's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Soulburn runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Orion Soulburn!
A very excited looking Orion Soulburn made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
