The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shemelianenko moves into the clinch successfully.
Drogo lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Feodor Shemelianenko has been cut.
Drogo tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shemelianenko connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Karl Drogo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Shemelianenko has Drogo pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Drogo manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Drogo is looking to advance position but Shemelianenko won't allow it.

Drogo decides to stand back up.
A head kick from Shemelianenko lands but Drogo takes it in his stride.

Drogo is rocked!
Shemelianenko stands up and beckons Drogo to join him on the feet.
Oh Drogo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shemelianenko rushes Drogo and presses him up against the cage.
Shemelianenko gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Drogo tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Shemelianenko manages to move to mount!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Shemelianenko postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Drogo bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Shemelianenko and the fight is over!
