Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boris Lukyanov (ranked 3925 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Blanco (ranked 4630 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lukyanov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Blanco goes for a double leg but Lukyanov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lukyanov continues to drive forward.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lukyanov.
Blanco will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lukyanov appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Blanco tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lukyanov defends well and Blanco ends up having to push Lukyanov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
