Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Elliott Brock (ranked 7554 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Red (ranked 7539 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brock shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Red as he avoids it easily.
Red shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Red takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Jackson Red seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Red stuffs the takedown attempt from Brock. Brock gets slowly back to his feet.

Red does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Elliott Brock.
