Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Milo Silva (ranked 6403 p4p, 564 weight class) and Jessie James (ranked 6169 p4p, 551 weight class). James has chosen Sounds of Silence (Disturbed) as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Milo Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jessie James! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A kick lands to the mid section there for James. Silva shoots and misses and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. James blocks the body kick.
James looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. James throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
Silva on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Silva misses the shot to the body. James scores with a jab. Silva acknowledges it with a nod of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. James scores with a jab. A slapping leg kick lands for James.
James throws the left hand but Silva avoids the punch easily. Silva changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Jessie James is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Silva needs to keep his hands up - James had a free shot at his head there. James misses with a hook. Silva ducked under it nicely. James has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Jab by James. Silva misses with a lunging right hand
and James counters with a nice kick to the body. Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but James swivels and escapes. James appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. James fails to land with a series of punches.
Silva attempts a counter takedown but James avoids it well and moves away. Nice body punch from James.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A slapping leg kick lands for James.
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with James but James pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. James lands with a straight right. Silva didn't see that one coming. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! That's three minutes gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Silva drops his hands momentarily and James takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. James avoids a lazy jab quite easily. James bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. James scores with a hook. James moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva slips a jab from James. James tries to keep at a distance but Silva has taken the fight into the clinch. Silva jumps guard but James turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Silva is trying to pull guard but James turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. James pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. James lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. James ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. James connects with a solid leg kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James jabs Silva to the body, keeping him at a distance. Silva closes the distance and clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jessie James dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Silva misses with a takedown attempt and James counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. James lands a nice leg kick that just misses Silva's sensitive parts. James defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Silva. James buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
James catches Silva with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! James feints and then cracks Silva's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Silva down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva shoots and misses and James counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Silva thinking. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling James to counter with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. James turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but James paws at him with a jab and circles away. A lazy left from James finds it's target. James scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Silva takes one on the button. Jessie James seems to be getting the better of the standup. James catches Silva with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! James lands a jab to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round. James throws a wild body kick that Silva sees coming a mile off. Silva changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. James cracks Silva with a good jab. Silva with a poor takedown and James counters with a one-two to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! James scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. James scores with a punch to the head. Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
James connects with a high kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling James to score with a decent uppercut. James scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. James cracks Silva with an open hand slap. Silva misses with a takedown attempt and James counters with a nice uppercut. James tries to bum rush Silva with a series of wild strikes but Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault. James lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Silva. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. James lands with a shot to the body. Silva moves forwards but James connects with a nice, crisp jab.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! James dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Silva. That did some damage! James throws a body punch but Silva moves out of range. Silva appears to be looking for a counter takedown. James has been the more effective fighter overall so far. James works the jab nicely. Silva shoots and misses and James counters with a right hand to the body. Silva has his takedown stuffed and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jessie James showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Silva is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. James scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Silva takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
James cracks the inside of Silva's front leg. James fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Silva. James paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Silva closes the distance but James moves to the side and James counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva walks into a jab. James slaps away a takedown attempt from Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva walks into a stiff left hand from James. James with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Silva looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice uppercut there from James. Silva takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
James lands with a kick to the temple. Silva shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" James lands a head shot. Silva walks into a left hand. Silva looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Nice cross by James. Silva dives in and grabs James's left leg, looking for a takedown. James pushes down on Silva's head and hops out. And an attempted straight right on the counter from James! But no joy. James feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Silva's calf.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but James paws at him with a jab and circles away. James thuds his right hand into Silva's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. James takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James tries to keep at a distance but Silva has taken the fight into the clinch. Silva fails to pull the fight into his guard.
James is working Silva over against the cage. James breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Silva takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Milo Silva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! James uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
And that's the end of the fight! Jessie James comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got James winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
