Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Derek Vinyard (ranked 402 p4p, 9 weight class) and Yodsanan Sityodtong (ranked 1387 p4p, 51 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Vinyard.
Sityodtong is rocked!
Vinyard cracks Sityodtong with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Sityodtong tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Vinyard pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sityodtong is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Derek Vinyard!
