The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Rock - just one landing.
Henderson fails with the takedown.
No luck for Rock with that takedown attempt.

Henderson feints and as Rock raises his hands in defense, Henderson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Rock pushes Henderson off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Rock clinches.
Henderson lands an uppercut.

It looks like Davi Rock has been cut.
Henderson is pressed up against the cage. Rock has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Henderson down to the mat. Henderson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Rock counters with a shoot takedown. Henderson fights it but they end up in guard.
Henderson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Henderson tries to get out of the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rock wants to control from the top but Henderson keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rock is pushing down on Henderson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Henderson is fighting to maintain full guard but Rock has managed to sneak the leg through.

Rock passes the guard and advances to mount!
Rock prevents Henderson from getting the reversal.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Henderson is working hard here to advance position.

Henderson is desperately trying to improve his position but Rock has a good base and remains in mount.

Rock cracks Henderson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Rock lands a big shot there that rocks Henderson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rock working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Rock trying to control but Henderson is having none of it.

Henderson has left one of his arms exposed and Rock doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Henderson screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
