Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darksoul throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Herring was covering up waiting for the punch and Darksoul finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Darksoul slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Darksoul is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Darksoul drops back looking for a leg! Herring is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Herring manages to kick Darksoul off! Darksoul jumps back into Herring's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Herring is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Herring knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Darksoul on the ground.

and Herring counters with a one-two to the body.
Darksoul shoots in for a takedown but Herring shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Herring's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Herring closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Herring wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Darksoul has him pressed against the cage.

Darksoul pulls guard effortlessly.
Darksoul keeping moving, preventing Herring from controlling successfully.
Herring tries to stand but Darksoul is controlling from the bottom.
Darksoul looking for a sweep. Not yet Darksoul, not yet.
Herring will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Herring stands up and waves to Darksoul to follow him.
Darksoul shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Herring manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Herring is looking to stand back up but Darksoul counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Herring.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Darksoul tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Herring.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Darksoul is controlling the pace.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Andy Darksoul will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Herring tries to close the distance and clinch but Darksoul swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Darksoul is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Herring's half guard.
Herring wants to stand back up but Darksoul manages to pass into side control.
Darksoul is chipping away with strikes.
Herring is rocked!
Darksoul in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Herring is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
