Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bennett Kent (ranked 24732 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Lock (ranked 5663 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bennett Kent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Randy Lock! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kent misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Lock to counter with a crisp jab. Lock shoots in and gets a takedown into Kent's guard. Lock tries to free his leg and advance position but Kent is retaining full guard. Lock not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Lock wanted to stand there but Kent had control of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lock looking to pass the guard. Kent trying to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Lock sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lock has Kent up against the cage in a clinch.
Lock gets a trip takedown into half guard. Lock throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Lock prevents Kent from standing back up.
Lock performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lock wants to free his trapped foot but Kent is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kent trying to control but Lock postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kent gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lock to score an easy takedown into full guard. Lock missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Lock looking to sit in guard and control but Kent gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lock is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Kent stands up from Lock's guard - Kent perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lock shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lock thows a huge punch but Kent dodges it nicely.
Lock passes the guard and advances to mount! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lock content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randy Lock dominated that round. That's time! Kent's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Lock sitting in guard, not really doing much. Lock stands up from guard. Let's bang! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A momentary lapse in concentration from Kent enables Lock to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kent manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Lock throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lock controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Lock pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kent is keeping the position for now. Lock gets to his feet - Kent follows without any prompting. Lock comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Lock bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kent could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kent is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Lock asserts his dominance and retains side control. Kent being controlled for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lock thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Lock has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lock has knee on belly momentarily but Kent bucks him off and regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lock with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kent might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lock decides to return to a standing position. Lock moves into the clinch. Kent escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lock closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lock wants to pass the guard but Kent is defending well. Lock not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Lock is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kent defends it well. Kent avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lock. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lock is figuring out what he wants to do next. Lock stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Kent to get to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randy Lock showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Lock dives in and scores a takedown into Kent's guard. Lock gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Lock shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kent's guard. Lock is looking to pass into half guard but Kent pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Kent is in guard. Lock looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kent is one step ahead there. Lock working for a triangle but Kent defends it easily.
Kent postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lock has his hands on Kent's head, controlling the position. Lock throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Kent is looking to work some ground and pound but Lock has wrist control. Kent trying to control but Lock is working from the bottom. Lock wants to sweep here but Kent controlling him for the moment. Lock not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lock kicks Kent off and gets to his feet. Lock clinches up against the cage. Lock pulls Kent into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lock looking to control.
Lock will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kent's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Lock managing to control the position. Lock takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kent trying to control the position from guard on top but Lock is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lock is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kent trying to control but Lock is working from the bottom. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Lock trying to control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lock drives through and clinches with Kent against the cage.
Lock's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lock instigates a clinch. Lock has Kent pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Lock pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Kent tumbling to the mat - Lock dives into Kent's guard. Kent looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lock is one step ahead there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kent bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lock's guard.
Lock is looking for a triangle here but Kent uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Kent goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lock rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kent's guard! Nice work there by Lock! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lock postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! Randy Lock comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lock has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
