The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green Jr digs a good hook to Perry's body.
Green Jr shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Perry is trying to defend but Green Jr finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Perry tries to kick Green Jr off in order to stand up. Green Jr Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Perry is trying to control Green Jr's posture but Green Jr avoids it.
Perry tries to bench press Green Jr off him but Green Jr keeps the position.

Perry has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Green Jr off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
