Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Samual Marquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Boxing Bag!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Ron Honeybunn and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquez blocks a head kick by Bag.
Bag tries to clinch
and Marquez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bag's guard.
Bag is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Marquez really is a fat lump.
Marquez throwing strikes from guard but Bag blocks nicely.
Bag really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Marquez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Marquez lands a couple of digs.
Marquez throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bag works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Marquez with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bag has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Marquez is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bag.
Marquez cracks Bag with a big right hand but Bag just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marquez has hold of Bag's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bag tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Marquez cranks the arm and Bag screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bag, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Samual Marquez!
