Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Smith!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith tries to keep at a distance but Boly has taken the fight into the clinch.
Smith can't find room to land a body shot as Boly controls the action.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Smith creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Boly swings wildly with an uppercut but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Boly tries to pull guard but Smith won't allow it.
Smith misses with a knee strike.
Smith throws a head punch that misses.
Boly lands a left hand.
Boly is trying to pull guard but Smith turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Smith misses with a hook from the clinch.
Smith breaks from the clinch.
Boly rushes Smith and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boly jumps guard but Smith stands there with Boly around his waist. Boly gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Willy Boly. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boly jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Smith walks away with a smile on his face. Boly gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Boly drops his hands momentarily and Smith takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Good work by Boly as he checks the leg kick.

Boly drops Smith with a left and a right! Oh, Smith is hurt - Boly dives into side control looking to finish!

It looks like Frank Smith has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Boly tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Smith throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Boly looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Smith is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Boly is working for a kimura but Smith is defending it quite comfortably.

Smith tries to roll over but Boly keeps him under control.

Smith pushes Boly off looking to stand but Boly dives back in and keeps control.

We've been hearing that Boly has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Boly is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Smith is just riding it out for now. Boly eventually gives up the hold.

Boly is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Smith doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Boly seems to be looking for submissions.
Smith is looking for a sweep. Boly is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Smith gets full guard.
Boly drops back looking for a leg! Smith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smith manages to kick Boly off! Boly jumps back into Smith's guard.
Boly wants to pass the guard but Smith is keeping the position.

Smith is looking to stand up but Boly isn't so interested in that idea.
Boly drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Boly jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Boly's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Boly moves to clinch but Smith breaks away
and Smith counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Willy Boly has been cut.
Smith misses with a left hand
and Boly counters with a thumping low kick.
Willy Boly is winning the standup battle so far.
Nice shot lands for Boly.
Willy Boly is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Smith drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Boly right on the button. Boly goes down! Smith follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Smith gets the win via TKO!
