Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Blaston (ranked 5021 p4p, 405 weight class) and Henry Harryson (ranked 6453 p4p, 470 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Blaston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Henry Harryson! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blaston throws a head kick that misses. Blaston lands with a nice body kick. A punch combination from Harryson misses. Blaston throws a series of punches but Harryson moves out of range. Blaston tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Blaston has his takedown stuffed and Harryson counters with a lovely shot to the body. A head kick by Harryson misses and Blaston counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Harryson is looking to escape. Blaston controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harryson is looking to escape. Blaston seems to be looking for submissions.
Blaston thows a huge punch but Harryson dodges it nicely.
Harryson wants to get back to his feet. Blaston is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Harryson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Blaston wants to clinch. A nice combination there by Harryson.
It looks like Mike Blaston has been cut. Harryson misses with a head kick.
Blaston throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Blaston.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harryson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Harryson throws a leg kick which misses Blaston's front leg but catches the back leg as Blaston tries to avoid it. Harryson connects with a high kick. Harryson tries a head kick but it misses.
Harryson throws a right and a left that both miss. Harryson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Blaston is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Harryson's half guard. Harryson is trying to stand back up but Blaston is controlling him
Blaston is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Harryson reverses the position - he's now on top in Blaston's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Harryson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Blaston is proving hard to escape from.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Blaston has his hands on Harryson's head, controlling the position. Blaston seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Blaston wants to stand but Harryson is controlling the position. Henry Harryson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Mike Blaston's cut. That's time! Blaston's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Blaston fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Harryson, pushing him back against the cage. Blaston breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blaston throws a head kick but Harryson moves out of range.
Harryson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Blaston takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Harryson connects with a crisp jab. Harryson connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Blaston tumbling to the canvas! Harryson pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Blaston was done - good stoppage!
