Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 2, fighting out of The Island, Aaron Swingewood!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Diego Llamas!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swingewood throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Llamas.
Llamas wants to counter the offense by Swingewood and move into the clinch position.
Llamas shoots in looking for a takedown but Swingewood manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Llamas's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Swingewood.
Swingewood lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Llamas at a distance.
Swingewood shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Llamas pinned against the cage. Llamas gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Swingewood shoots in looking for a takedown. Llamas tries to sprawl out of it but Swingewood keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Llamas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

As Swingewood backs off Llamas throws a huge counter combo but Swingewood manages to avoid it all.

Llamas lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Swingewood circles away quickly and effectively.
Swingewood misses with a head kick.
Swingewood misses the shot to the body.
Llamas shoots in for a takedown but Swingewood shows good takedown defense.

Llamas moves into the clinch successfully.
Swingewood tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Llamas avoids it.
Swingewood is stalling here.
Swingewood is pressed up against the cage. Llamas has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Swingewood down to the mat. Swingewood avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Swingewood throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Llamas keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Swingewood tries to clinch there but Llamas circles away.

Llamas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Swingewood.
Llamas keeps the fight on the outside.
Swingewood dives in and grabs Llamas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Llamas pushes down on Swingewood's head and hops out.
Nice sprawl there from Swingewood as Llamas shoots in.
Llamas throws a head kick that Swingewood semi-blocks.
Llamas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Swingewood wants to take the fight to the mat but Llamas manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Llamas throws a nice outside leg kick.

Swingewood takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Swingewood shoots for a double leg takedown but Llamas sprawls well. He's pushed Swingewood's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Llamas appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Llamas misses with a takedown attempt - Swingewood sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Swingewood appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Swingewood gets in close and instigates a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Llamas gets underhooks to prevent Swingewood's takedown attempt.
Llamas changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Swingewood fights it off and pushes away nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Llamas jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Swingewood walks away with a smile on his face. Llamas gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Swingewood tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Llamas defends well and Swingewood ends up having to push Llamas into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Llamas looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Swingewood is fending him off so far but Llamas persists. Nope, Swingewood circles away and we're back to standing.
Llamas lands a nice shot that snaps Swingewood's head back.

Llamas throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Swingewood.

Oh Swingewood is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Llamas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Llamas uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Swingewood.
Swingewood seems to have got his legs back now.

Swingewood is working for takedown but Llamas is calmly controlling the position for now.
