Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Squetsie Doubleday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Manbearpig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Manbearpig! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Manbearpig avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Doubleday looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Doubleday closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Manbearpig has hold of one of Doubleday's legs. Doubleday is fighting the takedown attempt but Manbearpig gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Doubleday looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Manbearpig trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Doubleday has his foot on Manbearpig's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Manbearpig works his way back into a safe position though. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Manbearpig has had enough of the clinch but Doubleday keeps him there for the moment. Manbearpig avoids the elbow strike from Doubleday, against the cage.
Doubleday pulls guard effortlessly. Doubleday lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Manbearpig! Manbearpig wants to control but Doubleday is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Squetsie Doubleday will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on John Manbearpig's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Doubleday. Doubleday forces Manbearpig back against the cage and clinches. Manbearpig jumps guard but Doubleday stands there with Manbearpig around his waist. Manbearpig gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Manbearpig is fighting to break Doubleday's control of his arms but Doubleday is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Doubleday manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
