Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Hunt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vincent Chase ! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chase tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hunt throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Chase lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Chase lands a head shot. Left hook, right uppercut from Hunt. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chase shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hunt pinned against the cage. Hunt gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Chase throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Hunt thows a body shot but no joy. Hunt blocks a head kick by Chase .
Chase swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Chase tries a head kick but it misses.
Hunt slips a straight right by Chase . Chase thows a leg kick but Hunt checks it and Hunt counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Chase looks gassed! Hunt throws a head kick that misses and Chase counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Hunt uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Vincent Chase seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hunt throws a head kick that misses. Hunt throws a nice looking combination but Chase bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chase takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Hunt scores with a nice head shot. Hunt scores with a shot to the body.
Hunt misses with a two punch combination.
Hunt gets the takedown into side control. Hunt staying calm. Chase is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Hunt stands up and we're back to a striking position. Hunt darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chase trying to control but Hunt postures up.
Hunt is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Hunt stands up out of the half guard. Hunt scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chase in his tracks. Chase takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hunt, right into the meat.

and Chase counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Chase trying to control the action but Hunt is working from the bottom. Hunt kicks off Chase and gets to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chase throws a head kick that misses and Hunt counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Chase throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Chase gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Chase looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Hunt postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Chase wants to hit a switch here but Hunt passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Chase there! Chase is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Hunt controlling from the full mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chase wants to try and get back to his feet. Hunt with good strikes from the mount here! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hunt with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Chase wants to hold on but Hunt pushes him away. Hunt controlling the position easily from mount. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Chase is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Hunt dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hunt fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chase with a poor takedown and Hunt counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Chase 's guard now. Chase working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hunt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hunt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Hunt decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Hunt scores with a one two! Chase had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Nice uppercut there from Hunt. Hunt thuds a left hand into Chase 's body. Hunt throws a sloppy head kick and Chase moves out of range easily. Hunt misses with a low kick as Chase jumps back. Chase doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hunt counters with a nice uppercut. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A combination from Hunt does no damage. Chase jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. An inside leg kick lands from Hunt. Hunt misses with a head kick.
Decent striking displayed by Chase there. Chase tests Hunt's chin there with a solid looking shot. Chase doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hunt counters with a stiff right hand. Mike Hunt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vincent Chase . Chase closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hunt is pressed up against the cage. Chase has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hunt down to the mat. Hunt avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Nice cross by Hunt. Chase looks to clinch and Hunt counters with a left and a right that stings Chase . A nice inside leg kick there by Hunt. That's going to slow Chase down. Chase with a lazy takedown attempt and Hunt counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Mike Hunt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hunt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chase .
A combination from Hunt does no damage. Chase sizes up Hunt with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Chase gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hunt counters with a nice kick to the body. Chase tries to clinch but Hunt moves away and Hunt counters with a three punch combo that has Chase backing up. Chase nods at Hunt to acknowledge the strikes. Chase has his takedown stuffed and Hunt counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Chase is lucky that one didn't land flush. Chase fails in his attempt to clinch. Hunt misses with a series of wild punches.
Chase doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hunt counters with a left and a right that stings Chase . Chase throws a head kick but Hunt moves out of range.
Hunt misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hunt avoids the head kick by Chase .
Hunt slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Mike Hunt is winning the standup battle so far. Chase gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hunt counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Chase 's guard now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chase trying to keep a closed guard but Hunt is proving a slippery customer.
Chase wants to sweep but no luck. Chase is looking for a triangle but Hunt pushes his legs off easily.
Hunt advances to half guard. Hunt gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Chase doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hunt counters with a takedown into side control. Chase tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hunt wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Hunt working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chase is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Hunt has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Chase fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hunt lands the left hand. Hunt throws a head kick that misses and Chase counters with a big head kick but Hunt shrugs it off. Chase missing with a left hand there. Hunt was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Chase showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hunt.
Hunt throws a series of punches but Chase moves out of range. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chase stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Hunt fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Hunt bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Hunt dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Chase tries for a takedown but Hunt circles away easily and Hunt counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Chase ! Hunt controlling his opponent. Chase is looking to get to half guard. Hunt looking to finish Chase with some ground and pound. This is bad for Chase ! Hunt raining down shots from the mount! Chase is desperately trying to improve his position but Hunt has a good base and remains in mount. Hunt with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Chase is looking to improve his position but Hunt isn't that keen on the idea.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunt trying to control but Chase is having none of it. Mike Hunt overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Chase flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Hunt looking to control but Chase is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Chase can't escape the position.
Hunt fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Chase tries to hold on but Hunt pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hunt connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Hunt looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Chase is looking to improve his position but Hunt isn't that keen on the idea. Chase tries to hold on but Hunt postures up. Chase is looking to get to half guard. Hunt swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
