Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Horror (ranked 4118 p4p, 404 weight class) and Santos Maricone (ranked 5922 p4p, 515 weight class). Santos Maricone is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Santos Maricone!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maricone throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Horror looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Maricone throws a leg kick
and Horror counters with a shoot takedown. Maricone fights it but they end up in guard.
Maricone wants to stand up but Horror is controlling him.
Maricone looking to control.
Horror working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Horror wants to control from the top but Maricone keeps moving.
Horror trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horror throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Maricone works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Rocky Horror decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
