Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Cage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Blasko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blasko has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Cage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Blasko! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blasko shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cage as he avoids it easily. Blasko chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Cage can pounce on him.
Blasko on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Blasko looks gassed! Cage tries to bum rush Blasko with a series of wild strikes but Blasko uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Blasko shoots in but Cage avoids the takedown attempt easily. Johnny Cage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blasko walks into a jab. Cage throws a quick inside leg kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cage connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Blasko's hands. Blasko fails with the takedown. Johnny Cage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Blasko. Cage lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Blasko at a distance.
Cage misses with a double jab.
Blasko tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cage swivels and escapes. Nice takedown defense from Cage. No joy for Blasko on that attempt. Blasko moves forwards but Cage connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Blasko is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Blasko crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cage - the referee stops the clock and Blasko gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cage. Blasko manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Blasko is still on wobbly legs! Can Cage finish him? Blasko fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Blasko seems to have recovered his senses. Blasko on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Cage scores with a decent looking hook. Blasko tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cage takes a swing at Blasko's ribcage but misses. Blasko falls off balance throwing a combination
and Cage counters with a leg kick. Blasko tries to clinch but fails miserably and Blasko takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Blasko needs to keep his hands up - Cage had a free shot at his head there. Blasko takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Cage drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Blasko right on the button. Blasko goes down! Cage follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Cage gets the win via TKO!
