Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Larry Haggus (ranked 8213 p4p, 631 weight class) and Billy Fotherby (ranked 5475 p4p, 501 weight class). Billy Fotherby will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Larry Haggus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Fotherby! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fotherby lands the left hand. Fotherby is looking to clinch but Haggus is avoiding it.
Haggus half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Fotherby tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Haggus manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Fotherby pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Haggus back to the cage. Fotherby follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Haggus misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fotherby.
Fotherby tries to clinch but Haggus is having none of it. Haggus was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Haggus feints and as Fotherby raises his hands in defense, Haggus changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Fotherby is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Haggus is controlling him. Haggus wants to control from the top but Fotherby keeps moving. Haggus stops Fotherby from standing up. Haggus controls from within his opponent's guard. Fotherby is looking to stand up but Haggus isn't so interested in that idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fotherby has momentary wrist control but Haggus slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haggus is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Fotherby is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Fotherby has escaped and now he's on top! Fotherby stopping the sweep attempt from Haggus. Fotherby throwing strikes but missing. Haggus has control of Fotherby's left arm, preventing Fotherby from doing any damage. Fotherby really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Haggus. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Fotherby wants to control from the top but Haggus keeps moving. Haggus is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Fotherby rolls with it to try and escape but Haggus cranks on the arm and Fotherby is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Larry Haggus seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
