Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Romart (ranked 7011 p4p, 576 weight class) and Will McClellan (ranked 8345 p4p, 625 weight class). Will McClellan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jeff Romart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Will McClellan! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Romart keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Romart's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Romart duly obliges.
It looks like Will McClellan has been cut. McClellan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Romart sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Romart jabbing away but nothing is landing. Romart misses with a hook. McClellan ducked under it nicely. McClellan scores with a jab to the head.
Romart displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McClellan. Jeff Romart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Will McClellan. Romart rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McClellan moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Romart misses with a looping right. McClellan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Romart is fending him off so far but McClellan persists. Nope, Romart circles away and we're back to standing. Jeff Romart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McClellan fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McClellan slips a jab and a cross from Romart.
McClellan gets the takedown into side control. Romart throws McClellan to one side and escapes!
That's one minute gone in the round. McClellan wants to clinch but Romart slips to the side letting Romart counter with a right hand. McClellan slips a jab from Romart. McClellan moves out of range as Romart strikes. No luck with that takedown attempt from McClellan. No luck with that takedown attempt from McClellan. McClellan shoots in but Romart avoids the takedown attempt easily. Romart throws an overhand right that lands on McClellan's shoulder, as McClellan tries to avoid the shot. McClellan keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Romart. Romart misses with a combination
and McClellan counters with a three punch combo that has Romart backing up. Romart nods at McClellan to acknowledge the strikes. Romart throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McClellan swings away with a leg kick that misses. Romart rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McClellan moves out of range and avoids them all easily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McClellan lands a nice looking body shot.
McClellan shoots in but no luck this time. A big right from Romart misses. As Romart backs off McClellan throws a huge counter combo but Romart manages to avoid it all. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McClellan. Romart tries to bum rush McClellan with a series of wild strikes but McClellan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. McClellan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Romart. McClellan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Romart sprawls well. Romart wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McClellan gets slowly back to his feet. Romart leaves McClellan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Romart throws a series of punches but McClellan moves out of range. McClellan dives in for a single leg takedown but Romart sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A punch combination from McClellan misses. McClellan takes a shot right to the bread basket. Romart misses with a two punch combination.
And McClellan tries to counter it with a takedown but Romart pushes his down on his head and steps out. McClellan is looking to clinch but Romart is avoiding it.
McClellan tries to land a front kick but Romart steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Romart throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Donk. Romart catches McClellan right on the button with a cross.
McClellan is rocked! Romart turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. McClellan is still on wobbly legs! Can Romart finish him? Romart fakes the body blow, causing McClellan to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! McClellan goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
