Kendali comes to the cage accompanied by Senegal National Anthem. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Musa Kendali! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Enoch Rubio! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rubio's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kendali connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rubio scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Enoch Rubio has been cut. Rubio fails in his attempt to clinch. Kendali looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A chopping leg kick lands by Rubio. Rubio pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kendali drops his shoulder and cracks Rubio with a huge uppercut! Rubio goes down! Can Kendali finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kendali throwing strikes from guard but Rubio blocks nicely. Rubio avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kendali throws a big right hand that misses. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rubio can do anything to dispel that myth. Kendali stands up over Rubio, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Kendali with a flurry of punches that miss. Kendali postures up and lands a big shot to Rubio's brow.
Rubio is rocked!
That has opened up Enoch Rubio's cut even more. Rubio looks winded! Rubio utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rubio is still in real trouble! Can Kendali finish him? Kendali working some strikes from top position. Kendali throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Kendali stands up over Rubio, holding on to his feet. Kendali throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Rubio is out cold! Kendali lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Musa Kendali! An out of breath Musa Kendali thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
