Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tom Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palmer comes to the cage accompanied by Paramore - Ignorance. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Palmer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Castle! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Palmer decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Castle is looking to improve his position.
Castle is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Castle moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Palmer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Castle looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Palmer postures up and lands a big shot to Castle's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Palmer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Castle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Palmer's guard. Palmer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Palmer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Castle loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Castle with a flurry of punches that miss. Castle won't allow Palmer to get back to his feet. Castle throwing strikes from guard but Palmer blocks nicely. Castle in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Castle accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Castle postures up in Palmer's guard and throws a big left but Palmer blocks it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Castle throws out a loose jab but Palmer uses good head movement to avoid it. Castle changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Palmer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Castle looks gassed! Palmer takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Palmer wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Castle looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Castle looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Palmer is avoiding damage well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Palmer is trying to get back to half guard. Palmer is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Castle looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Castle is trying to get an arm triangle but Palmer is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Palmer is trying to get back to his feet. Palmer taking punishment in the form of punches.
Castle scoring with punches and elbows. Palmer tries to escape but Castle is in control. Palmer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Castle on the ground. Castle looks up at the clock and then as Palmer takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Castle smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Castle dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Castle on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Palmer. Palmer obviously looking to wear him down.
Palmer takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Palmer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Castle with a lazy takedown attempt and Palmer counters with a head kick. That will keep Castle thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Palmer throws a solid leg kick but Castle takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Palmer. Castle shoots and misses and Palmer counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Palmer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Castle.
Tom Palmer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Castle shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Palmer's guard. Castle trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Palmer wants to stand but Castle is controlling the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castle thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Castle working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Castle works over Palmer with some ground and pound from guard. Castle has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Castle throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Castle drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Castle seems to have locked his on tight now - Palmer screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Castle, as he picks up the win!
