Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bwana Mkubwa (ranked 2400 p4p, 97 weight class) and Fedor Vovchanchyn (ranked 4525 p4p, 158 weight class). Mkubwa comes to the cage accompanied by You're Going Down. Vovchanchyn has chosen The Emporors Ride by-EMMURE as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bwana Mkubwa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Fedor Vovchanchyn! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vovchanchyn moves out of range of the body kick from Mkubwa.
Mkubwa throws a right hand that misses
and Vovchanchyn counters with a stiff right hand. Vovchanchyn missing with a left hand there. Mkubwa was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Mkubwa throws a shot from downtown. Vovchanchyn moves away and avoids it. A low kick from Mkubwa is predictable there and Mkubwa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Vovchanchyn slips a jab from Mkubwa. Vovchanchyn throws out a counter right but Mkubwa avoids it with no problem. Mkubwa misses with a lunging right hand
and Vovchanchyn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Mkubwa connects with a nice looking jab.
It looks like Fedor Vovchanchyn has been cut. Mkubwa moves away from the strike by Vovchanchyn. Mkubwa looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Mkubwa jabbing away but nothing is landing. Mkubwa waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Vovchanchyn. Vovchanchyn swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Mkubwa throws an off balance right hand
and Vovchanchyn counters with a right hand to the body. Mkubwa keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Vovchanchyn waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mkubwa. A little feinted left hand from Mkubwa on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Vovchanchyn takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mkubwa moves out of range as Vovchanchyn strikes. Mkubwa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Vovchanchyn. Vovchanchyn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mkubwa moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mkubwa stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
That has opened up Fedor Vovchanchyn's cut even more. Mkubwa is looking to slow Vovchanchyn down with leg kicks. Mkubwa takes a jab right on the kisser.
Mkubwa throws a hook to the side of Vovchanchyn's head but Vovchanchyn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Mkubwa drops Vovchanchyn with a huge uppercut! Vovchanchyn drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Mkubwa is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bwana Mkubwa! After the big win, Bwana Mkubwa made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Zenith Nutrition (160q/$200) and telling the interviewer how much he loves him. Fedor Vovchanchyn was interviewed post fight and said 'It was God's will.....'.
