Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jan Snow (ranked 2959 p4p, 118 weight class) and Paul Johnson (ranked 2938 p4p, 116 weight class). Johnson has chosen Kung Fu Fighting as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jan Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Paul Johnson! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson lands with a straight right. Snow didn't see that one coming. Snow takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Snow throws a body shot but no joy. We've been told by Snow's head coaches at Talu's Boxing Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Some bone on bone action there as Johnson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Snow throws a solid leg kick but Johnson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Snow. Snow lands a jab. Johnson takes one on the button. Johnson misses with a double jab.
Snow takes a kick to the side of the head. Snow lands a nice leg kick that just misses Johnson's sensitive parts. Johnson moves away from the strike by Snow. Johnson throws a series of punches but Snow avoids them all with ease. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Snow moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Johnson misses the shot to the body. Snow lands a nice leg kick that just misses Johnson's sensitive parts.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Johnson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Snow cracks Johnson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Snow lands a nice hook to Johnson's body. Johnson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Snow paws at him with a jab and circles away. Johnson throws a head kick but Snow moves out of range.
Johnson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Snow cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Snow connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Johnson's hands. Snow throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Snow throws a leg kick which misses Johnson's front leg but catches the back leg as Johnson tries to avoid it. Snow scores with a hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Snow drops Johnson with a beautiful combination! Johnson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Snow is looking for the KO! Snow loads up on a big right hand but Johnson slips the punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson thuds his right hand into Snow's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Johnson forces Snow back against the cage and clinches. Snow tries to throw a body punch but Johnson avoids it by throwing Snow back against the cage. Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Snow controls the action.

Snow blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Snow lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Snow working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Snow makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Johnson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Snow is defending well for now. A bit of stalling here from Snow.
A short right from Snow on the inside. Johnson throws a punch but it's blocked by Snow. Snow tries to work over Johnson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Snow lands a right hand that snaps the head of Johnson backwards. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Snow working some nice short punches in the clinch. Johnson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Snow plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Johnson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Snow can pounce on him.
Jan Snow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johnson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Snow tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Johnson is in Snow's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Snow's head. Johnson wants to control from the top but Snow keeps moving. Snow pulls Johnson in close to prevent any damage. Johnson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Snow is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Snow is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Snow keeping full guard, as Johnson tries to pass. Snow controlling Johnson's posture. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Johnson trying to control but Snow is working from the bottom. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jan Snow dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Snow tries to land a front kick but Johnson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Johnson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Snow. Johnson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. No luck for Johnson with that takedown attempt. Snow throwing a counter right hand but Johnson manages to avoid it. The fight stays on the outside here - Johnson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Snow looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Snow throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Nice uppercut there from Snow. Johnson throws a sloppy head kick and Snow connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Snow lands a jab to the nose. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson wants to clinch up but Snow keeps it at a distance. A counter left hand to the body from Snow misses its target. Snow displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Johnson. Snow lands with an overhand left.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow lands a big head kick that sends Johnson tumbling to the mat! Snow takes a step backwards and waves Johnson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Johnson is rocked! Johnson checks the leg kick nicely there.
Johnson on the wrong end of a nice hook. Snow sends Johnson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Snow is motioning to the referee to let Johnson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Johnson is still on wobbly legs! Can Snow finish him? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Snow fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Johnson out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Jan Snow! After winning the bout, Jan Snow thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
