Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Ali (ranked 3569 p4p, 369 weight class) and Richie Miles (ranked 2977 p4p, 315 weight class). Miles has chosen Weights going Up, Down, Up Down as his entrance music. Mohammed Ali has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mohammed Ali! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Richie Miles! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ali throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mohammed Ali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ali fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Miles is out of range. Ali tries to land a body kick and Miles counters with a single leg into guard. Ali didn't expect that. Miles wants to control from the top but Ali keeps moving. Ali is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Miles is controlling him. Miles looking to pass the guard. Miles drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ali manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Miles has Ali in his guard.
Ali knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Miles on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miles escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ali gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ali loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Ali has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ali trying to control the position from guard on top but Miles is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miles keeping full guard, as Ali tries to pass. Ali is looking to stand up but Miles won't let him. Miles has his foot on Ali's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ali works his way back into a safe position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miles is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Ali has his hands clasped together but Miles extends and breaks Ali's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Miles.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Richie Miles! Richie Miles got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!' Mohammed Ali was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm sorry to the fans who came out today to support me,i'm sorry i let you down today,but mark my words i'm gonna come back stronger than ever and this defeat will only make stronger'.
