The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandez works Trevino's body with a nice hook.
Fernandez closes the distance and clinches up with Trevino, looking for a takedown. Fernandez pushes Trevino against the cage but Trevino circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Fernandez connects with a combination that backs up Trevino into the cage. Fernandez lands a flurry of punches that gets past Trevino's guard. Trevino is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Fernandez bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
