Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Thomas (ranked 8288 p4p, 779 weight class) and Ashraf Hassan (ranked 4633 p4p, 0 weight class). Thomas has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Ashraf Hassan is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Thomas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ashraf Hassan!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Hassan misses.
A low kick from Thomas misses
enabling Hassan to counter with a crisp jab.
Thomas uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hassan.
Thomas shoots for a takedown but Hassan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ashraf Hassan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thomas takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hassan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thomass jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Thomas is breathing heavily.
Hassan connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Thomas could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hassan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Thomas's hands.
Thomas shoots in for a takedown but Hassan shows good takedown defense.
Hassan lands with an uppercut that bounces Thomas off the cage and back into range.
It looks like Will Thomas has been cut.
Hassan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thomas takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Thomas has his takedown stuffed
and Hassan counters with a nice uppercut.
Thomas is rocked!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Will Thomas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hassan drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Thomas's head, knocking him out cold! Hassan is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ashraf Hassan!
