The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alfredo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Kramer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Alfredo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Alfredo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kramer tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Alfredo presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Kramer working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Alfredo wants to stand but Kramer is controlling the position.

Kramer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Alfredo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Alfredo is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Alfredo closes the distance and clinches.
Kramer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Alfredo walks away with a smile on his face. Kramer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
