The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rockwell tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mikhasevich sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rockwell somewhat.
Rockwell swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mikhasevich counters with a nice uppercut.
Mikhasevich connects with an inside leg kick.
Mikhasevich lands a big head kick that sends Rockwell tumbling to the mat! Mikhasevich takes a step backwards and waves Rockwell back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Lew Rockwell has been cut.
Rockwell misses with a jab, cross combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rockwell throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Mikhasevich counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Mikhasevich cracks Rockwell with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rockwell looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mikhasevich finish him?
Rockwell is rocked!
Lew Rockwell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mikhasevich jabs at Rockwell's body.
Mikhasevich is looking to slow Rockwell down with leg kicks.
Mikhasevich lands a big right hand that sends Rockwell crashing to the mat! Mikhasevich stays standing though and waves Rockwell back to his feet!
Oh Rockwell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
