Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ethan Solomon (ranked 7382 p4p, 564 weight class) and Simba Moso (ranked 5396 p4p, 486 weight class). Moso has chosen The Lion Sleeps Tonight as his entrance music. The key to victory for Ethan Solomon has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moso swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Solomon shoots in but Moso avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Moso replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Solomon blocks it well.
Solomon pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Moso back to the cage. Solomon follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Solomon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Solomon scores with a nice strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moso throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Solomon avoids the body shot from Moso.
Moso misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Moso breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Moso looks to score with a jab to the body but Solomon is just out of range.
Moso throws a hook but Solomon blocks it.

Solomon swats away the attempt to clinch by Moso.

Moso throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Solomon.

and Solomon counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Solomon just misses with a punch to the body.
Solomon lands a really nice looking cross but Moso seems unphased.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Moso scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Solomon half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Solomon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Solomon tests Moso's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Solomon keeps the fight on the outside.
Solomon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Moso.

Moso closes the distance but Solomon moves to the side
and Solomon counters with a nice uppercut.
Moso moves to clinch but Solomon breaks away
and Solomon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Solomon looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Moso is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Solomon rather than just go for the knockout.
Moso swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Solomon lands with a nice combination. Moso backs away looking to recover.
Solomon is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Moso tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Solomon counters with a huge left! Moso is in big trouble! He's backing up but Solomon isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Moso from any more damage. A dominating finish by Solomon!

During a confident post fight interview, Ethan Solomon thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Simba Moso stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will never give up!'.
