Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between The Bandit (ranked 3611 p4p, 301 weight class) and Black Rob (ranked 2910 p4p, 260 weight class). Bandit comes to the cage accompanied by Mardial - Hypegone ft. Gbrand. Black Rob has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, The Bandit! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Black Rob! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rob shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rob showed some decent athleticism there. Bandit tries to get to full guard but Rob has control of the leg. Bandit looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bandit wants to control but Rob is keeping busy and won't allow it. Rob is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rob is working for a kimura but Bandit is defending it quite comfortably.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bandit wants to get back to full guard. Rob seems to be looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bandit manages to get to full guard.
Rob trying to control the position from guard on top but Bandit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bandit is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bandit keeping full guard, as Rob tries to pass. Bandit looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bandit looking to control.
Rob trying to control but Bandit is working from the bottom. Bandit had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rob defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rob stands and throws Bandit's legs to the side, diving into side control. Rob wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bandit, who protects the arm well. Rob wants to control but Bandit is keeping him busy. Bandit is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Rob off and has taken his back! Bandit lands an elbow to the side of the head. Bandit lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bandit controls the action. Bandit lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bandit scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Rob is looking for a way out. Rob tries to escape but Bandit has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Bandit has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bandit really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bandit is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Rob is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Bandit off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Bandit lands an elbow to the side of the head. Bandit lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bandit lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Bandit seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Bandit throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Rob!
Bandit is looking to control Rob but Rob is wriggling around and keeping busy. Bandit landing with strikes. Bandit has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Rob. We've been informed that Rob has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Bandit has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Rob is defending well but eventually Bandit manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Rob has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). The Bandit! The Bandit decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
