Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mor Mormir (ranked 8312 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knock Out (ranked 5413 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Knock Out was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

and Mormir counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Mor Mormir has been cut.
Out swings widly with a right hand
and Mormir connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Knock Out seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Out misses with a lunging right hand
and Mormir cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Mormir has managed to clinch.
Out working aggressively here.
Out wants to break the clinch but can't.
Out struggles to land a body shot inside as Mormir controls his hands.

Mormir can't find room to land a body shot as Out controls the action.
Out is trying to force a seperation but Mormir has the dominant position.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Out creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.


Mormir is rocked!

Out pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Oh Mormir is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Out connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Mormir out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Knock Out!
Knock Out was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
