Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lord Beaverton (ranked 461 p4p, 51 weight class) and Bismack Kagonbo (ranked 785 p4p, 80 weight class). Kagonbo has chosen Voodoo as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kagonbo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kagonbo can do anything to dispel that myth.

Beaverton is nestled in close to Kagonbo, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Beaverton is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kagonbo defends it well.

Beaverton working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Beaverton lands a big elbow - Kagonbo is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Beaverton!
