Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Suan Parades (ranked 3537 p4p, 134 weight class) and Mitsugu Takeishi (ranked 3985 p4p, 146 weight class). The key to victory for Suan Parades has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Suan Parades! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mitsugu Takeishi! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parades swings widly with a right hand
and Takeishi moves into the clinch. Parades tries a body shot but Takeishi blocks it.
Parades is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Takeishi is defending well for now. Parades trying to land knees to the body.

Takeishi throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Paradess head. Takeishi throws a punch but it's blocked by Parades. Parades's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Takeishi misses with a wild body shot. Takeishi bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Parades's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parades slips under a jab from Takeishi. Takeishi swats away the attempt to clinch by Parades. Takeishi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Parades throws out the jab. Parades tries to clinch there but Takeishi circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takeishi lands with a cross. Parades on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Takeishi looks to land a right hand but Parades moved out of range. Takeishi misses with a body shot.
Takeishi looks to land a left hand but Parades moved out of range nicely. Parades lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Takeishi circles away quickly and effectively. Takeishi wants to counter the offense by Parades and move into the clinch position. We've been told by Parades's head coaches at Hardpunch (13 Elite / 1000$ that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Parades throws a right and a left that Takeishi avoids nicely. Takeishi connects with the punch. Takeishi slips under a jab. Parades misses with a wild body shot. Takeishi's coach down at Arcalimon Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Takeishi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Parades tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Takeishi paws at him with a jab and circles away. Parades tries to clinch up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takeishi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Parades, pushing him back against the cage. Parades has had enough of the clinch but Takeishi keeps him there for the moment. Parades wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Takeishi lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Parades could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Parades tries to circle away but Takeishi has him pinned against the cage. Takeishi drops Parades onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Parades is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Parades is rocked! Parades is breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Takeishi unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Parades! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Takeishi is unloading with more strikes now! Parades drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mitsugu Takeishi! In his post fight interview, Mitsugu Takeishi started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
