Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Wallace! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Richard Nixon! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nixon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wallace. Wallace seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Nixon throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Nixon dodges the punch combination from Wallace.
Wallace looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Wallace misses with a wild combination.
Nixon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nixon swings for the body but Wallace moves out of range.
Nixon throws a hook to the side of Wallace's head but Wallace sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A little feinted left hand from Wallace on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Wallace dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Wallace dips down and scores with a jab to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wallace lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Nixon backs up against the cage.
It looks like Richard Nixon has been cut. Nixon throws a combination that misses and Wallace makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wallace throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Wallace lands with a right hand. Wallace misses with a series of wild punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Donk. Wallace catches Nixon right on the button with a cross. No joy there for Nixon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Wallace makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Nixon misses with a lunging right hand
letting Wallace counter with a right hand. Wallace ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Nixon looks winded! Nixon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Wallace lands a nice shot that snaps Nixon's head back.
Wallace is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Nixon like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Nixon from another fist facial!
