The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Timmy throws out a loose jab but Terol uses good head movement to avoid it.
Timmy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Terol looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Terol swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Timmy works the jab nicely.
Timmy lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Timmy is looking to break free of the clinch but Terol has double underhooks.
Timmy is trying to break the clinch but Terol is controlling him.

Terol pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Bruce Terol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Timmy throws a series of strikes that have Terol backpedaling.
Timmy throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Terol's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Timmy dives in looking to finish as Terol flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Timmy's strikes! Timmy is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Terol's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Terol was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
