Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ralphie Harrell (ranked 2225 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carwyn Cain (ranked 1370 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ralphie Harrell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 2, fighting out of The Island, Carwyn Cain! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harrell closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cain's guard. Harrell stands up over Cain, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Harrell scoring with some ground and pound. Cain looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Harrell preventing the sweep. Harrell cracks Cain with a solid left hand. Cain preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Harrell throws a strike but Cain rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Harrell wants to sweep here but Cain controlling him for the moment. Cain postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Harrell tries to land a sweep but no joy. Cain in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Harrell keeping moving, preventing Cain from controlling successfully. Harrell looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cain is one step ahead there. Cain throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harrell works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cain lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Cain postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Harrell on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Harrell tries to get out of the position. Harrell postures up in Cain's guard and throws a big left but Cain blocks it. Harrell definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Harrell avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Harrell keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cain's head. Harrell with a nice head shot there. Cain looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cain can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Harrell controls the pace. Cain has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Cain holds on and takes a little breather. Cain is looking for a sweep. Harrell is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Cain has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Harrell is working away from the top position though. Harrell slips a nice elbow through Cain's hands, connecting with Cain's forehead. Harrell looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cain with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Cain is rocked! Harrell working Cain over with strikes. Cain is still in real trouble! Can Harrell finish him? The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Harrell connects with a nice short shot to Cain's temple. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cain works his way to full guard. Good work. Cain avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ralphie Harrell dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Cain fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Cain seems to have recovered his senses. Cain throws a sloppy head kick and Harrell moves out of range easily. Cain shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Harrell appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Harrell decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Cain looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Harrell lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harrell is thwarting Cain's attempts to control the position. Cain keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrell is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Harrell frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Harrell is working for a guillotine from mount but Cain frees his head quite easily.
Harrell lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Cain hang on? Cain tries to lock up and control but Harrell gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Ralphie Harrell overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Harrell prevents Cain from getting the reversal. Harrell with shots to the head and body - Cain looks very uncomfortable down there. Cain can't escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrell lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Cain tries to hold on but Harrell pushes him away. Harrell looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Cain covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
