Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Wid (ranked 1191 p4p, 139 weight class) and Walid Seghir (ranked 2211 p4p, 0 weight class). Wid comes to the cage accompanied by YNW Melly - Murder On My MInd. Walid Seghir will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Walid Seghir!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wid stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wid wants it to stay on the feet.
It looked like Wid wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Seghir has a takedown stuffed.

Wid darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Seghir can do anything to dispel that myth.

Wid has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Seghir's face.
