The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack shoots for a double leg takedown but Log sprawls well. He's pushed Mack's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mack shoots for a takedown but Log saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Log shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mack is trying to defend but Log finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Mack moves into full guard.
Log passes into half guard.
Log is looking to advance position but Mack won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Log tries to stand but can't do so whilst Mack controls his leg.
Log missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
