The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Treadwell with that takedown attempt.

Lopez clinches with his opponent.
Lopez lands a shoulder strike.
Treadwell is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lopez to keep the fight standing.
Lopez pushes Treadwell back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Lopez gets control of Treadwell's arms and successfully pulls guard. Lopez will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Treadwell tries to lock up and control but Lopez gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Lopez is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Treadwell is surviving well by controlling Lopez's body position as best he can.
