Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tuccio Turturro (ranked 290 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Diaz (ranked 1023 p4p, 0 weight class). Jose Diaz will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

8 - 1 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Jose Diaz! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turturro clinches up against the cage. Diaz decides to pull guard. Diaz keeping full guard, as Turturro tries to pass. Diaz keeping moving, preventing Turturro from controlling successfully. Turturro wants to pass the guard but Diaz is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Turturro is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Turturro trying to control the position from guard on top but Diaz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Diaz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar.
