Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyce Johnson (ranked 4561 p4p, 381 weight class) and Andrei Vazov (ranked 7816 p4p, 518 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Alyssa Summers and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson backing away here, and Vazov unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Some bone on bone action there as Johnson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Johnson tries to clinch up.
Johnson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Vazov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
We've been told by Johnson's head coaches at Stark Combat Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vazov is defended easily by Johnson.

Crunch! Vazov slams his shin into Johnson's torso.
Johnson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Vazov.

Vazov lands a big head kick that sends Johnson tumbling to the mat! Vazov takes a step backwards and waves Johnson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Tyce Johnson has been cut.

Vazov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That kick from Johnson tenderised Vazov's leg. Vazov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Johnson moves to clinch but Vazov breaks away
so Vazov counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Johnson is looking to stand back up but Vazov counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Johnson.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vazov is working for a submission of some sort.

Vazov seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Johnson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
