Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brick Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Steak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turner comes to the cage accompanied by Stale Thoughts by Ground Components. Brick Turner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brick Turner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chuck Steak! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Lou da Vinci and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner shoots for a double leg takedown but Steak sprawls well. He's pushed Turner's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Turner shoots in looking for a takedown. Steak tries to sprawl out of it but Turner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steak manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Turner shoots in for a double leg but Steak sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brick Turner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Turner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Steak tries to avoid it but Turner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Steak to the ground. Steak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Turner throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Turner fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Turner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Steak as he jumps to the side. Brick Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Turner shoots in but no luck this time. Turner wants to clinch up but Steak keeps it at a distance. Steak avoids a punch combination nicely.
Turner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Steak circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steak throws a sloppy head kick and Turner moves out of range easily. Steak throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Turner fails in his attempt to clinch. Steak pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Turner fails to land the takedown. Chuck Steak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Turner is breathing heavily. Turner looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Steak is fending him off so far but Turner persists. Nope, Steak circles away and we're back to standing. Turner shoots in but no luck this time. Steak keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Steak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. The fight stays on the outside here - Turner looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Turner fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Turner shoots in but Steak avoids the takedown attempt easily. Steak throws a head kick but Turner moves out of range.
Steak lands with a right and another and another! Turner is in big trouble! Steak lands again and this time it's lights out for Turner! A quality knockout there for Steak.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Chuck Steak!
